Website policies
1. Operator, scope and priority
This website is operated by 酷石有限公司 (TiKOUS, Inc.), Taiwan Unified Business No. 94073011, and provides heat-dissipation and insulation material information. These website terms do not replace agreed quotations, orders, supply, confidentiality, licensing or joint-development contracts. Those agreements control their subject matter, subject to mandatory law. brio labs currently operates under TiKOUS; its services have separate terms.
2. Nature and updates of information
Products, articles, images and the rule-based selector support initial understanding and evaluation discussions. They are not project-specific engineering designs, construction approvals, safety certifications or purchasing commitments. Market imagery may be illustrative rather than a customer installation. Research findings, raw-material properties and third-party data are not specifications of a TiKOUS supply grade. Ask us to resolve errors or inconsistent versions; website updates do not unilaterally change an existing transaction.
3. Specifications, testing and application boundaries
Confirm model, grade, document revision, units, method, specimens, baseline and conditions before selection or purchase. Distinguish typical values, illustrative thicknesses and experimental results from guaranteed specifications. Material or component improvements do not establish system energy savings, service life, reliability or building-code compliance. Appropriate professionals should evaluate substrates, thickness, contact pressure, temperature, humidity, cycling, chemical compatibility, installation and safety. Special or safety-critical uses require separate confirmation; the website alone cannot establish suitability. This does not remove TiKOUS obligations under law or contract.
4. Inquiries, samples and transactions
The website has no online checkout. Opening an email draft or requesting documents or samples does not itself create an order or guarantee supply. Products including Koper+, IsuPa and IsuCo remain open for inquiry; grades, availability, quantities, pricing, taxes, shipping, lead times, sample charges, warranties and returns require case-specific confirmation. Sample evaluation is not production or application approval. Contract formation and rights depend on valid communications, agreements and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Proposals, confidential information and IP
Provide a non-confidential summary initially, not unpublished formulas, processes, customer secrets or information you lack authority to disclose. Receipt alone does not establish an NDA, investment, license, exclusivity or purchasing commitment. Agree confidential exchanges, background IP, new results, costs and revenue allocation separately. Submission does not transfer your IP; TiKOUS uses it only as needed to evaluate and respond, subject to privacy and other legal obligations.
6. Website content, documents and marks
Rights in text, images, designs and documents belong to TiKOUS or their respective owners. You may view, download or internally share public documents as needed for selection and procurement review, retaining attribution, revision, conditions and rights notices. Do not alter test results, imply endorsement, resell documents or commercially reproduce content without authorization. Third-party materials retain their license terms; see image credits. A product name does not establish trademark registration in every jurisdiction or grant a patent, trademark or process license.
7. Acceptable use and security
Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, impersonation, malware distribution, unauthorized access, service disruption or spam. Do not make requests at a volume that disrupts normal service. Ordinary browsing, reasonable search indexing and legally permitted quotation are not prohibited. We may reasonably restrict abuse to protect service security, subject to applicable law.
8. External links and personal information
External news, research and service links are provided for reference; third parties control their content, availability and policies. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement. See the Privacy Policy for personal-information handling. Email delivery depends on your email application and service; if you receive no response, verify through another contact method. Opening a draft is not a delivery receipt.
9. Responsibility and statutory rights
We aim to provide accurate and available information, but errors, delayed updates or interruptions may occur. Responsibility for disputes depends on the facts, valid agreements and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit intentional misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable product or personal-injury liability, or mandatory privacy, consumer or other rights. An informational disclaimer does not override expressly agreed product specifications.
10. Law, disputes and revisions
Website matters are generally governed by Taiwan law without displacing other applicable mandatory protections. Contact TiKOUS to discuss disputes first; court jurisdiction follows applicable procedural law or a valid individual agreement, not a waiver of statutory jurisdiction through this page. An invalid provision does not invalidate remaining lawful provisions. Traditional Chinese guides interpretation if translations differ, without reducing mandatory protections. Revisions are dated here and apply prospectively to website use, not retroactively to established contracts; consent is obtained separately where required.
