Heat transfer & interfaces
Move heat out
Explore interfaces, processes and structures with practical assembly and thermal cycling in mind. Evaluate the complete heat path.
TiKOUS / OPEN COLLABORATION
Breakthroughs need new materials—and partners who can bring them into application. Inventors, researchers and industry experts: explore development, validation and commercialization with us.
Start a proposal ↗Start with a non-confidential brief. Individuals and teams welcome.
01 / THE CHALLENGES
Heat transfer and insulation serve different purposes. Bring materials, structures and processes whose value can be evaluated with evidence.
Heat transfer & interfaces
Explore interfaces, processes and structures with practical assembly and thermal cycling in mind. Evaluate the complete heat path.
Thin insulation & protection
Explore ways to limit unwanted heat transfer within thickness, weight and environmental constraints across equipment, energy storage, cold chain and industry.
Process & scale
Bring coating, dispersion, forming and quality-control innovations that bridge laboratory work and repeatable production.
02 / FIND YOUR ROLE
Discuss joint development, licensing and application evaluation, from an early concept to available samples.
Start a proposal ↗Explore validation, process integration, design improvements and supply collaboration.
Start a proposal ↗Bring a thermal challenge or discuss distribution, joint promotion and sales.
Start a proposal ↗02 / HOW WE WORK
Moving a material toward application needs someone to state the application conditions clearly and make the comparison reviewable. Below is the role TiKOUS takes and how we work — not a claim about past results.
Before any comparison, we agree the geometry, power, environment and measurement point. That makes the result reviewable, and makes its limits explainable.
Coating, dispersion, forming and batch consistency enter the discussion during evaluation, rather than being left until just before scale-up.
TiKOUS works across both heat dissipation and insulation, covering computing, industrial equipment, energy, UAV and building. The same material can be examined from more than one application angle.
Our role is application evaluation and commercialisation, not replicating your technology. You remain the source and the rights holder.
This materials collaboration programme is new, and we have no published collaboration cases yet. We will state plainly what we can do at this stage and what has to be confirmed together.
First response: within 10 working days.
03 / FROM IDEA TO APPLICATION
Do not include formulas, unpublished processes or confidential information in an initial proposal. Agree confidentiality before sensitive exchanges. Existing IP, new results, evaluation costs and licensing or sales terms require a separate written agreement.
Evaluation topics: baseline, test conditions, reliability, process compatibility and supply feasibility. TiKOUS contributions and scope are agreed following initial discussions.
PARTNERSHIP / FAQ
Yes. Describe your hypothesis, existing evidence and the help you need next. Production readiness and confidential disclosures are not required.
Thermal design, testing, process and supply-chain expertise are welcome. Share public experience and your proposed role, without employer or customer confidential information.
This invitation is not an investment, purchase or sales commitment. Resources, milestones and commercial terms are agreed case by case.
04 / START A CONVERSATION
You do not need a complete business plan. A clear, non-confidential summary is enough to start a discussion.
